Sheila Neil began working at Claraty Arts in February 2024. Neil is from Oregon, but was raised in Idaho, Illinois, and San Jose, California. Their preferred art media right now is oil pastel, and paint. They are currently working with both abstract, and representational art. Neil believes that art is all around us, and all we have to do is look for it, saying, “I’ve always loved doing art, ever since I was two, or three years old. My Mother had a little art studio for me in Portland, Oregon, and she let me do art!”
